Pet Information: Owners are to provide accurate information about their pet(s) health, behavior, medications, diet, allergies, medical conditions, etc.

Food & Essentials: Owners must provide all food, supplements/vitamins, medications, and other necessary supplies their pet may need.

Vaccinations & Health: All pets must be up to date on Rabies and other vaccinations. All medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.

Veterinary Emergencies: If an emergency occurs and the owner cannot be reached, I am authorized to seek veterinary treatment on the pet(s) behalf. The owner agrees to cover all related costs.

Photos & Updates: I will send photo and video updates throughout the stay. Unless otherwise requested, you grant permission for photos/videos of your pet to be used on social media.

Meet & Greets: A meet and greet is required prior to any booking confirmation. That time allows me to get to know you and your pet(s) to ensure I am the right fit. I reserve the right to decline a booking if I feel I cannot provide the level of care required.

Liability: Pet sitting comes with inherent risks. I shall not be held liable for illness, injury, loss, death, escape, or damage unless caused directly by proven negligence.

Payment: A 25% deposit is required to secure your dates before booking confirmation or after meet and greet. Remaining balance is due on the final day of the booking. Zelle is OK for deposit.

Cancellations:

More than 7 days: full deposit refund

6 days or less: no refund

No refunds for early returns for shortened bookings

Unattended Time agreement: Owner must clearly state how long their pet(s) can be left alone. Rates do not include 24-hour supervision unless agreed to prior to stay.
